A widespread internet disruption is affecting popular platforms like X and ChatGPT due to issues with Cloudflare, a major content delivery network provider. Users are encountering error messages and are unable to access various websites and online services.

Major internet platforms are experiencing service disruptions on the morning of Nov. 18, following a reported outage by Cloudflare.

When web services provider Cloudflare went down on Tuesday, a significant portion of the internet became unavailable. It was not, as initially thought, due to a cyberattack, explains Matthew Prince.

On DownDetector, the issues with X are being reported as 58% app problems and 32% web. Users are unable to access their accounts on the app or on desktop. It is now reported that X is beginning to operate as normal with users being able to access their accounts.
