According to King's co-host, Mark Schanowski, the current rumor is that the Bulls would have to part ways with Coby White, Nikola Vucevic and a couple of first-round draft picks in order to bring home Davis, who grew up in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago.

Anthony Davis, who has missed the last eight games due to a left calf strain, was recently re-evaluated. The evaluation indicated that Davis is making good progress with his recovery. He will be re-assessed in 7-10 days and further updates will be appropriately provided.

When Anthony Davis landed on the Mavs last season, he managed to play in just nine games. While he played well, posting averages of 20 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 4.4 assists, he couldn’t will the Mavs to a playoff appearance just one season after they were in the NBA Finals with Luka Doncic running the show.
