The Phoenix Suns face the Portland Trail Blazers in a regular season NBA game on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025 (11/18/25) at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.

"The NBA announced today that the Cleveland Cavaliers have been fined $100,000 for violating the league’s Player Participation Policy," read the statement. "The violation occurred when the Cavaliers held Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley, who are both star players under the Policy, out of the team’s game against the Miami Heat on Nov. 12 for rest."

The agreement brings the NBA’s most popular programming to Disney+ subscribers in one of the league’s most passionate markets.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are off to a league-best 14-1 record, while waves of injuries have sent the Indiana Pacers to a 1-13 start.
