NFL, Miami Dolphins and Madrid

After a sloppy first half, the Miami Dolphins played a cleaner game in the second half and overtime to survive with a 16-13 victory to improve to 4-7 and send the Washington Commanders to a 3-8 record after their sixth consecutive defeat.
Jones, a cornerback, was the hero of the day, intercepting a pass by Marcus Mariota on the first play of overtime. Talk about sudden death: Seven seconds into the OT, the game was essentially over. All that remained was the inevitable field goal that enabled everyone in the rollicking Bernabeu stadium to exhale.
Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota was injured on Washington’s latest drive, which culminated in a Tress Way punt. Miami takes over at its 47-yard line. Josh Johnson will be Washington’s QB if Mariota is unable to return. (Commanders 13, Dolphins 6, 2:49 left in the third quarter)
The NFL sending the Miami Dolphins to Spain is another example of U.S. leagues exporting regular-season games. So why don't European teams reciprocate?
