Another storm system is expected to bring rain to an already soaked Southern California for two days starting Thursday afternoon, bringing snow to local mountains, forecasters say.

Los Angeles County is included in a flood watch issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 2:27 p.m. The watch is valid from 10 p.m. until Friday Nov. 21, at 7 a.m.

An abrupt change in the forecast means Los Angeles County now faces a chance of thunderstorms, strong winds that could topple treesand heavy rain that could bring flash flooding and mudslides in recently burned areas.
