EBV DNA阳性率在PUMCH 2013-2023年波动，男性及高龄组（≥71岁）阳性率显著更高，2020-2022年因疫情影响阳性率骤降。152例IM患者中，肝功能异常（ALT/AST升高）发生率57%-59%，免疫激活标志物（CD8+DR+/CD8+升高、CD19+B细胞减少）达99%-90%，证实EBV感染与IM相关，且免疫失衡是主要病理特征。
